TWILIGHT NEWS:

This Thursday 11th March is the final night of Twilight competition. The prizegiving, along with a meal, will be held on Friday 26th March 7.30pm. You are welcome to get out there and play a few holes earlier on.

LADIES PENNANTS:

Championship Pennant was postponed Sunday 7th March at Feilding, not sure when this round will be played.

This Sunday 14th March, Lisa and Lindy will play Manawatu here teeing off for their foursomes round at 8am. Their singles start from 11.30am. Good Luck, ladies.

On Monday 15th March, our Silver team of Lisa Cotton, Pam Bisset, Deb Henricksen and Colleen Daysh will be playing at home against Wanganui, while at Eketahuna the District team of Margaret Brislane, Paula McCool, Seona Ashton and Trish Cuttance will also play a Wanganui team. GOOD LUCK, ALL.

Thursday 11th – Final night of Twilight Competition – Prizegiving and meal 7.30 Friday 26th

Friday 12th – Wairarapa Women’s Open at Masterton 10am.

Saturday 13th – COURSE CLOSED for ROTARY AMBROSE TOURNAMENT 10.30am

Sunday 14th – We are hosting Women’s Championship and Weekend Pennant and Men’s C-grade pennant, Men’s Handicap Pennant Division 1, course closed until after play. The Men’s Handicap Division 1 that was down to play here has been shifted to another course.

So, we will have Championship and Weekend Pennant here for the ladies and C-grade Pennant for men. A total of 24 women and 36 men playing from #1 tee starting a first round from 8am and their second rounds from 11.30am. THESE PLAYERS HAVE RIGHT OF WAY. Championship pennant and C-grade pennant play foursomes in the morning and singles in the afternoon. Weekend pennant play18 holes of singles and fourball bestball matches concurrently. We do not have a team in this division.
