 WAIRARAPA VETS will be played here tomorrow, Thursday 11th in conjunction with the Thursday club haggle. Tee off at 11am after morning tea, all members and visitors most welcome.

 INTERCLUB AT DANNEVRKE this Saturday 13th – make your own way up there for a cuppa tea at 10.15am before teeing off at 11am. Or offer a ride to someone would be pretty cool.

 LADIES PENNANTS: Silver and District pennant teams came back down to earth with comprehensive losses on Monday at Manawatu to two very in-form teams. The Silver team (Pam Bisset, Deb Henricksen, Lindy Wheeler and Sue Ross) who are still co-leaders of the competition lost to Eketahuna, while the District team  -Pam Huddleston, Rona Squires, Margaret Drysdale and Kay Ball were beaten by Levin.

On Sunday 14th, our Championship team of Lisa Cotton and Lindy Wheeler play Manawatu A at Wanganui. All the best – enjoy your games.

Congratulations to our 4 students for participating in the Secondary School Golf Tournament on Thursday 28th March over at the Marton Golf Course. It has been a long time since we have had a golf team here at TC so well done!

Team Gross - 4th with total points of 324 with the 3 best scores
Individual - 
Abby Treder 2nd - 83 points (girls net), Armand Van Lelyveld 1st - 68 points (boys net), Jacob Smith 1st - 61 points (boys net - local handicap). A huge thank you to Mr Jason Treder for transporting them over there for the day

NZ WOMEN’S MASTERS 2019 Congratulations to Lisa Cotton for a great Masters playing in Nelson last weekend.

Notable for the team was a stunning result from Lisa Herbert (nee Aldridge) of Manawatu who was the best individual of the tournament with a total of 143 gross stableford points which included a 4-under producing 40 points. The team was placed 10th overall.
