COMING UP THIS WEEK:

Tuesday 10th December – Ladies Summer golf – 9am tee off, make up your own groups

Wednesday, 11th December – Junior coaching 4.30pm

Thursday, 12th December – Summer haggle (AT’s Pot)

Thursday, 12th December – TWILIGHT– Tee off 4pm to 5.30pm $5 members, $10 visitors. This is the final night for this year – we recommence Thursday 9th January with the teams competition sponsored again by MacDougalls – goes right through until end of February. Any enquiries should be made to Tony Kerins.

Men: 1st  T Lozell 26 points! I’m told that is 20 more than last week. Good skills, Tony.

Sunday  8th December – Christmas Cheer Canadian Foursomes

Club Captain Tony Lozell braved the predictions of his phone app and stuck with running the tournament on Sunday – “damned if we do, and damned if we don’t”. The decision to reduce play to 9 holes proved to be the right one. A good day was had by those 44 players who fronted up – WELL DONE! We were lucky enough to have visitors making up half the field.
