LADIES’ PENNANTS:

The Championship Pennant team of Lisa Cotton and Lindy Wheeler lost to a strong Rangitikei/Marton team at Palmerston North on Sunday 2-1.

Next Monday here at Pahiatua, the Silver team of Pam Bisset, Colleen Daysh, Lindy Wheeler and Sue Ross will play Rangitikei. Good luck ladies. The District team has a bye.

 NEW MEMBER:

Welcome to Jessica Fleming who has taken up golf. Say hi if you see her around the course.

 PEN HAWKINS PAIRS TOURNAMENT:

The TC Adjunct team played in the recent Pen Hawkins Pairs tournament at Castlecliff. The 3 teams (TK and Tommo, Korey Broughton and Richard Stewart, Kieran Pierey and Lionel Toheriri) along with the rest of the field were beaten by an “in-form” Hornby Club team that won by 20 points. I’ll leave you to draw your own conclusions on this one!

 NEW SHIRTS FOR MEN:

The style of these is yet to be decided. The earlier samples have been returned to the supplier, those interested will be notified in due course whenever a decision is made.
